Item Description

During power-up self test (POST), most system BIOSes write status codes to I/O port 80h or 84h. A POST code display shows the last value written to this port as a hexadecimal number (e.g. 1B) on a LED display. Specifications : 5V PCI interface (not compatible with ALIX.1C / ALIX.1D). During power on self-test (POST), most PC BIOSes will write diagnostic codes to port 80h or port 84h (jumper selection). Use post4d to display these codes on a dual digit LED display. Additional LEDs indicate the status of the power supply rails. Convenient business card size.
